- You will receive a confirmation email from Paxum with the subject “Account Closure Request” at the email address associated with your account.
- Open the email and click the “Close Account” button in the email to confirm your account deactivation.
Please note that after you close your account, it can not be reactivated and all the funds will be lost. It’s better to withdraw all the funds before closing the account.
